The First Step was founded in 1972.  We are an ExceleRate Silver Circle of quality center with a convenient central location in Belvidere, Illinois.

Programs

We proudly host a 6 week-11 year old program utilizing Frog Street Press as our curriculum with a Preschool program as well as before and after school care.
